Eerder won Phil al ‘The Voice Senior’ (RTL 4), was hij zeer succesvol in het populaire TV-programma ‘We Want More’ (SBS6) wat ook nog eens resulteerde in een duet en singlerelease met André Hazes Jr. Tevens kent een groot publiek Phil ook van zijn deelname aan de theatershows van Johan Derksen en zijn samenwerkingen met Jan Akkerman en Steve Lukather (Toto). In 2022 won hij de ‘Dutch Blues Award – Best Album’ voor zijn CD-release ‘Live At Tivoli Vredenburg’.

The ultimate tribute to Joe Cocker, ‘The Voice of Sheffield,’ by Phil Bee, The Voice (Senior) of Holland! ‘Unchain my heart,’ ‘Many rivers to cross,’ ‘The letter,’ ‘n'Oubliz jamais,’ ‘You are so beautiful,’ ‘Feelin’ Alright,’ and of course ‘With a little help from my friends.’ All Cocker’s gems and big hits will be played during this fantastic, high-level musical tribute. You're not going to get any closer to Joe Cocker than this! During this one and  a half hour show, the 8-member band consisting of highly skilled musicians will give an emotional, passionate and skillful rendition of Joe Cocker’s music. 

In January 2024, the Phil Bee Cocker Band participated in the popular Dutch TV show ‘The Tribute, Battle of the Bands’ and took the Dutch audience back to the time of Joe Cocker. This musical tribute will undoubtedly cause a major revival of Joe Cocker’s great music in the Netherlands and abroad. 

Phil previously won ‘The Voice Senior’ and was very successful in the popular Dutch TV show ‘We Want More,’ which resulted in a duet with André Hazes Jr., followed by the release of a joint single.
